My name is Lærke, and I live in Greater Copenhagen with my partner and our daughter. Currently, I am on maternity leave, but I usually work as a midwife. If I had to describe myself in three words, it would be cozy, loving, and a person with many irons in the fire. I usually unwind with long walks, TV series, crochet, and knitting (a real stereotypical midwife, right?).

What does skin care mean to you?

I have always been very interested in skincare, for as long as I can remember. In recent years, my passion for clean skincare products has grown even larger, and that passion grew even more significant when we planned to have a child. Here, I realized what a jungle skincare products can be.

What is important to you when it comes to taking care of our body and skin?

My biggest wish, when it comes to skin care, is the ability to take care of myself and our child - both for everyday use, but also by thinking about sustainability in the products we use in our daily lives. Without it becoming too big and complicated, I am extremely concerned that what we use now can have long-term consequences. My education has also sparked an even greater interest in this, as what we use on our bodies can potentially affect a small growing baby inside the womb.
