These terms and conditions apply for your purchase of products from MUMS WITH LOVE ApS through www.mumswithlove.com.
Ordering and payment
The following cards can be used:

MUMS WITH LOVE deducts the amount from your account, but only when the product is ready for dispatch. Once the transaction is complete, it will appear in your account.

Freight free purchase for more than EUR 69,00 within EU
To shop at mumswithlove.com you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid debit card that we accept. However, if you are not yet 18 years old, you can still buy products as long as you have obtained your parents' guardian's, acceptance or otherwise has a legal right to enter into the purchase.
When you are ready to order, click on "Go to payment", where you enter your name, address, e-mail, phone number and payment method. You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "payment" button. Then your order proceeds to www.mumswithlove.com.
Receipt of order confirmation
Once you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a confirmation and an order receipt of your purchase. However, a binding purchase agreement will only been final once you have received an order confirmation from us.
14 days right of withdrawal
We make reservations for printing errors, errors in price and sold out products. When you shop at www.mumswithlove.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product. You inform us that you regret the purchase, after which you can return the item to our warehouse:

The product is returned in the same condition as it was received, ie. in original and unopened packaging. Seals must not be broken. When returning, you should make sure that the goods are securely packed. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by unequivocal statement no later than 14 days after receipt of the item by contacting email@example.com or our customer service on phone. +45 2032 6668.You must pay the freight when returning the item when you regret.
We expect you to send them as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must send them back within 14 days of receiving your product. Return packages must not be sent by post, cash on delivery or without delivery. We do not pick up your package at the post office. Documentation of your purchase must always be included in the return package.
When we receive the product, we check it, and if it is returned in the condition as earlier described, we will refund the full amount you have paid at the time of purchase. You may lose your right of return completely if the value of the product has deteriorated because the product has been used, it has been damaged, or you have handled the product in an inappropriate manner.
All shipments are delivered with different carriers. After check out the carrier will be shown. Upon delivery of the goods, the responsibility and risk of the products passes to the customer.
Your package will be delivered within 2 - 5 working days.
For shipment inside EU is EUR 10,00 for purchases totaling less than EUR 69,00. For purchases for more than EUR 70,00 delivery is free of charge.
For shipment outside EU is from EUR 30,00
It is not possible to pick up your order at our address.
Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either get a defective item exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price. When you return the product, please also state in as much detail as possible what the problem is and enclose documentation for the purchase. In the event of a justified complaint, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive them. Therefore save postal receipt etc. information on shipping costs and track and trace number. We do not accept packages paid on delivery, cash on delivery or without delivery.
